Look at that face! Holy cow! or rather... OMA GOODNESS!
Oma's shelter was begging for help. We took one look at this girl, giggled, then got serious. Did I say... Look at that face yet?!?
Well, on a serious note, Oma was examined by the shelters vet. She is a little run down right now from neglect. Before she is sharp, happy and healthy, Dogs XL Rescue had to commit to quite a medical bill.
Oma is heartworm positive and requires expensive heartworm treatment. She also has 2 spots on her skin that need to be removed, she was not spayed yet, her teeth have been neglected and have to be cleaned under anesthesia, and lastly, she has a cut on her eye that requires repairing. The prognosis for all of her "ailments" is excellent! Just wait, she will be looking at you with those sappy eyes, asking for a spot on your couch soon!
Please consider donating to Dogs XL Rescue's Critical Care Fund in order to help us care for Oma and dogs with similar plights.
